The way we design and build technology solutions has a name of its own: the ADAPT method,
inspired by the QALEON symbol (the chameleon, which stands for change, flexibility and evolution).

- Choosing the most suitable architecture (classical machine learning, deep learning, LLMs or agents), designing the data pipeline, and defining the technical and business KPIs that will guide the measurement phase.
- HOW WE WORK WITH YOU:
- We agree the scope of the pilot with you before we build anything, set realistic timelines and expected outcomes, and explain from the design stage how we will anticipate and mitigate technical risks, so you know exactly what to expect at every step

Adjust
Preparing the technical environment before the pilot begins
- TECHNICAL APPROACH:
- Setting up test environments, configuring access rights and permissions to source systems, reviewing security and compliance ahead of deployment, and validating connectivity with your existing systems.
- HOW WE WORK WITH YOU:
- We work alongside your IT team to put in place everything the pilot needs in order to start smoothly: which access rights are required, which environments will be used and which security protocols must be followed (so the ground is prepared before we take the next step).

Pilot
Running and measuring the pilot in a controlled environment
- TECHNICAL APPROACH:
- Building and deploying the pilot within a defined scope, integrating with existing systems via API, running performance and security tests, and measuring results against the agreed KPIs, including statistical validation, bias auditing and model explainability before any decision to scale.
- HOW WE WORK WITH YOU:
- We train the teams who will use the solution, keep a feedback channel open throughout the pilot, present the results in business language rather than technical language, and decide with you, not for you, how the project moves towards production.

Transform
Scaling to production and integrating for real
- TECHNICAL APPROACH:
- Deployment into production with full MLOps: continuous monitoring, regular retraining and version control, fully integrated into your internal workflows.
- HOW WE WORK WITH YOU:
- We provide ongoing support, with regular reviews of the results. This is not the end of the project: it is the start of a long-term partnership, in which we identify the next opportunities to apply AI together.
